Bernard, Thank you for your review. We are new to using the Feefo feedback system so we are still adjusting settings to make it work better. I have increased the amount of time that we leave before sending out any feedback request emails. So in the future you should have received your products before we send this email.
I see that you placed your order on Saturday. Your items were dispatched first class post on Monday. Royal Mail aim for 60 % of the parcels to be with the customer the next day, but with the busy Christmas period it may take slightly longer. If you do not receive the parcel by Thursday then please let me know.
