Regarding the upsells of extras on the day, these are offered to all customers attending the venue by the supplier at the venue. This is an additional stream of income for them independent of the experience that is sold through our website as the acting agency, and whilst there is no obligation to take them up on the offer, it is offered to all customers out of courtesy. Regarding the condition of the vehicles you drove on the day, our suppliers will wash their vehicles every morning and every evening. That said, with the number of customers getting in and out of each vehicle (especially if the weather isn’t the best i.e. rain, mud, dirt) the vehicles will inevitably get dirty, and with how busy they are on event days, it is not possible to clean them between each driver and still have the day run smoothly due to schedules needing to be met in time.
