Thank you as well for your feedback on the experience itself - we're pleased to hear that overall, it was an enjoyable experience. As regards to the lack of availability of certain cars on the day, it is worth noting that the vehicles are put through a lot of high-energy manoeuvres every day, not just on the experience you booked on for, but others like it from the same supplier, so they will be subject to more natural wear and tear and need for maintenance or repairs than would normally be the case. The suppliers at the venue will always endeavour to have high performance replacements if necessary in the case of warning lights, delays, curtailments or other mechanical issues.
With regards to the media package purchased at the venue on the day, as this is an extra sold independent of the main experience purchased through our website by the supplier at the venue, this would need to be taken up directly with the supplier. That said, we will forward on your comments to the supplier at the venue to make them aware of the issues encountered in respect of certain staff attitudes.
