Regarding the layouts used, these are set and controlled by the supplier at the venue, and may utilise a different formation to the actual track length on site. The reason why they are laid out as such is so that all in attendance on the day can enjoy the driving experiences safely, and to ensure the safety of staff, visitors and instructors on the day. With regards to the condition of the vehicles used on your experience, it is worth noting that, being a drifting experience, the vehicles are put through a lot of high-energy manoeuvres every day, not just on the experience you booked on for, but others like it from the same supplier, so they will be subject to more natural wear and tear and need for maintenance or repairs than would normally be the case. The suppliers at the venue will always endeavour to have high performance replacements if necessary in the case of warning lights, delays, curtailments or other mechanical issues. Good afternoon Sam, We are just getting in touch again regarding the feedback you left us last week on the Junior Double Supercar Drive experience at Perranporth Airfield. Thank you for your patience whilst we investigated the issues you raised with the supplier at the venue. Having spoken to them, they have advised us that their records indicate that you were booked for a 3:30pm session, meaning your drive time was between 4pm and 6pm. Furthermore, they have also confirmed with us that you had completed both of your drives by 4:40pm which is well within the specified time frame of 2-3 hours for this experience. To reiterate from our reply last week, most events hosted at our venues will also feature multiple experience providers. That is to say, other members of the public will be involved. Open day events may therefore experience schedule conflicts with others, but our suppliers at the venue will do their best to account for this and minimise delays where they reasonably can.
