Regarding the delays you experienced with redeeming your voucher for this event, our suppliers at the venue set and release the availability for each of our experiences we sell, so this is not controlled by us. We are only able to book in when dates become available from the supplier. Looking at your booking record, we can see that you were advised by our team of when new dates would be released and that when they did, this was actioned as quickly as possible. Regarding the organisation difficulties you experienced, we do take this feedback seriously, and we will be following this up with our supplier at the venue to ascertain what happened and try and resolve the matter for you. Good morning Maree, we are just getting in touch again as advised regarding your review you left last week regarding cancellation of the Formula Silverstone Single Seater Thrill experience you booked with TrackDays. Having spoken with our supplier, we are to understand that the event date of 5th March originally requested was unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of this.
