That said, the two hours waiting that you raised an issue with is beyond the usual one hour that we normally advise customers to allow for in terms of the experience duration. Good morning, we are just getting in touch again regarding the feedback you left us a couple of weeks ago on the 30 Minute Under 17 Driving Experience you booked with us. Thank you for your patience whilst we investigate the issues you raised regarding delays you encountered on the event day. We have now spoken to the supplier at the venue, and they have informed us that the delays were owing to several driving instructors not showing up for their shifts. This is an additional stream of income for them independent of the experience that is sold through our website as the acting agency, and whilst there is no obligation to take them up on the offer, it is offered to all customers out of courtesy.
