Just as an addendum to what the supplier has told us, and they themselves will always make this clear on the day, if there are any issues you experience on the day, then you are to raise these with the supplier before you leave the venue. In almost all cases, they will be able to resolve any issues experienced on the day there and then. Otherwise, it makes it very difficult to try and effectively resolve any issues when the event has passed. We are pleased to hear that it was still enjoyable overall regardless. Regarding the availability and condition of the Bentley, we are sorry to hear that this experienced a break down. However, it should be noted that the vehicles are put through a lot of high-energy manoeuvres every day, not just on the experience you booked on for, but others like it from the same supplier, so they will be subject to more natural wear and tear and need for maintenance or repairs than would normally be the case. The suppliers at the venue will always endeavour to have high performance replacements if necessary in the case of warning lights, delays, curtailments or other mechanical issues. Furthermore, they have advised us that us you were less than understanding, and informed them that you had had enough of waiting and wanted to go home, so the damage liability you purchased on the day was refunded to you before you left the venue. The supplier therefore, did not get the opportunity to explain to the customer that you could rebook if you wished to, as per their policy on waiting times. If the supplier had been able to explain this to you, it may have given you some options and they may have been able to find a solution for them. We also equally advise when booking with us that, what the supplier at the venue will always make explicitly clear to customers such as yourself is that, if there are any issues you experience on the day, then you are to raise these with the supplier before you leave the venue. In almost all cases, they will be able to resolve any issues experienced on the day there and then, so as to avoid the situation escalating into negative feedback as it has done here. Regarding waiting times you experienced on the day, most events hosted at our venues will also feature multiple experience providers. That is to say, other members of the public will be involved. Open day events may therefore experience schedule conflicts with others, but our suppliers at the venue will do their best to account for this and minimise delays where they reasonably can. The supplier at the venue also advised us that the day you attended they were fully booked and there was also a group booking before you, which naturally resulted in longer waiting times. They have also advised us that they do appreciate the track may not have been to your liking. However, they have advised us that the track has suitable traction and there is plenty of speed that can be obtained by anyone driving the Aston Martin around their circuit, going higher than third gear on this track would result in a slower drive, and their instructors do encourage customers to use all of the available track and power so the customer can enjoy the experience.
