We are sorry to hear that the day was not entirely to your satisfaction as regards to car availability and on-track safety. Whilst the copy for this package does include a list of what cars are available to choose for this experience, these cars are subject to availability. Furthermore, it is worth noting that the vehicles are put through a lot of high-energy manoeuvres every day, not just on the experience you booked on for, but others like it from the same supplier, so they will be subject to more natural wear and tear and need for maintenance or repairs than would normally be the case. The suppliers at the venue will always endeavour to have high performance replacements if necessary in the case of warning lights, delays, curtailments or other mechanical issues. That said, we appreciate your concerns regarding the safety of team members in our supplier at the venue and their driving conduct, so we will speak with the supplier to raise and investigate the issue. As regards to the length of the track, the suppliers of this experience did move certain experiences that they also sell over to a newer circuit layout a year ago in March 2023, which we did outline clearly on our Help Desk pages and our landing pages for both Bovingdon Airfield and London Motor Circuit at the time last year. Furthermore, the number of laps received on this experience in particular you booked is outlined both in the package name and in the itinerary on our website very clearly. We are sorry if you missed any of this information when booking a voucher for this experience. However, having spoken with the supplier at the venue, they have spoken to their staff that were on site on the day you attended. They are aware that one of their staff members did accidentally pull out in front of you during your drive, which of course is less than ideal, and they have asked us to pass on their sincere apologies for this. They have said that it was simply a case of bad timing and blind spots, something we have never faced before! Luckily the car was quite a distance away so was able to stop with plenty of time, but all team members at our supplier have been informed of this to ensure this situation doesn't happen again. The supplier at the venue would also like to offer you a free media pack for a future booking with them as a gesture of goodwill.
