Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear you were disappointed with the scent of the cedar balls. Cedarwood can have quite a subtle fragrance, especially when compared to synthetic scents. While the scent may not always seem strong to us, it’s important to note that moths are highly sensitive to it, and that’s exactly what makes the cedar balls effective as a natural repellent. That said, we completely understand that many customers also enjoy a more noticeable fragrance in their wardrobes. For a stronger scent experience, we recommend using our Cedarwood Refresher Spray, which is designed to revitalise the cedar and boost the aroma. A quick spritz can really enhance the scent and prolong the life of the cedar balls. We appreciate your feedback, it helps us continue to improve both our products and our communication around them.
