Hi, I am sorry I can see that your order was placed on a Thursday after our same day dispatch cut off time, this means it was dispatched on Friday for you on a next working day service which would mean it was delivered on Monday. I do apologise if this wasn't clear but we do try to put delivery information on the product and checkout pages. Thanks

No I made the order the 20th may amy! I received It on the 24th of may so even if you didn’t see my order till the Tuesday it would of been with myself on the Wednesday (next day). So I don’t know what order you have been looking at. Shame really as well not be using yourself again.

Hi Harry, Oh right I am sorry I see whats happened. Unfortunately we had a system outage for 48 hours so all orders placed over the 20th - 22nd were delayed. I really do apologise about this but unfortunately we were offline and unable to process anything. Thanks
