They sent very old dried out at the bottom and rotten inside turf. Obviously they have put the blame on us. Just to state we handle turf on regular bases and this is not what it should look like. Be...

I am sorry to hear that you have not been happy with our response. I can assure you that all our turf is harvested fresh for the orders that we have. We do recommend that turf is laid the day it is delivered and within 24hrs in autumn and winter. We will continue to work with you to try and resolve this matter.
