Damaged my driveway in delivery

Good quality product but on delivery the driver has left two scratches in my drive. Complained to topsoil direct and been basically told ‘not our fault, we’ve passed it on to the delivery company’....

I am sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with our response however as the damage has been done by our third party haulier it is them that needs to speak to you about remedying the situation. We will ask our distribution team to ask the haulier again to contact you. In the meantime I believe we have sent you theirs should wish to speak to them directly.

I am sorry to hear that you feel you didn't get a full bag. Our production team have looked at the photos you sent to us and confirmed that your bags were not underfilled. The bags are designed to bulge as the products settle this means we are used to seeing a gap at the top of our bags.
