We are sorry to learn that your pre-tour experience fell short of expectations. Typically, full travel documentation, including meeting time and location, is sent at least two months prior to departure. However, we can only send these documents once we receive the self-assessment form from you. After reviewing your booking, we can confirm that as soon as we received your completed form, we promptly emailed the documents to you a month before your departure date.
