The finish quality on the uppers of the Chukka Boot was really poor - rough and unpolished. The delay in the second part of the order has just ****** me off. The order was accepted with no issue. I was notified of a delay of six (?) weeks. As that date approached I was notified of another delay. Arghhhhhhhhhh !

Sorry to hear of the delay you have experienced. Unfortunately we are in the hands of our suppliers and manufacturers and although we do supply customers with our expected delivery dates, sadly these do from time to time which we do not have any control over. I can see that the boots are still on order for you, so as soon as we receive the new stock, they will be sent straight out for you.
