We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Sorry to see that you are not happy with the service we have provided at Samuel Windsor. I am concerned to hear that you have not received a reply to any emails you have sent; I will be in touch personally via email to enquire as to what address you sent the queries to so that I can investigate this immeadiately. I can also see that you have been in touch with our customer services department today and it transpires that your order that was originally despatched on the 18th of August has been lost in transit. Sadly will be unaware of any problems with deliveries unless customers like yourself get in touch; but as soon as we were informed of the problem we re-despatched another order to you.
