Quality can be questionable. There is a slip of paper inside the delivery saying they have gone through a quaklity inspection but this means nothing. First order I placed with them had to go back as the top of the shoe had a 1/4'' cut in the leather. This most recent recent order had one of the shoe stretchers missing. When this order was delivered the boxes were also very wet to the extent that the delivery driver offered to take it back.
