Sorry to see that the product was not up to it's normal standard, however I can see that a collection has been arranged for you so as soon as we get them back we will issue the refund or replacement as you requested. I am also concerned to hear that the one operator's attitude was not acceptable and I will see if we can possibly find out who that was.
