Sorry to see that the shoes did not quite fit. Unfortunately because of the nature of mail order, you are unable to try the shoes on before you buy them, as you would on the high street. If you have returned them more than 2 weeks ago, please get in touch as we are still waiting for them to arrive and we will have a look into it. As soon as we do receive them back, they will be swapped straight over for you.

Due to some of the feedback left on this site regarding different width shoes; I have actually informed the company director responsible and they will be looking into getting different width shoes. I can see from the notes on your account that the Richmond's are being returned and as soon as we receive them, we will exchange them as requested.
