Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Sorry to hear of the problems you had with the first delivery going missing. I can see that an additional collection has also been arranged. If you are still experiencing difficulties, we would recommend using the postage label which most people find a lot more easier as they do not have to wait in for a courier to arrive. Sorry to hear that you were not 100% happy with the brown shoes. As they are entirely produced by hand, there may well be a slight variation between the colouring of each pair.
