I am really sorry for the delivery problems you received; this type of service is not acceptable. We entrusted our parcels in good faith to our couriers and unfortunately they let us down. This was most certainly not up to our usual standards. Also, I am sorry to hear that you are now entirely satisfied with the quality of the shoes. There would have been no problem in sending them back for a refund or replacement using one of the methods of free return we offer.

The shoes have been received back and the refund was actually processed back onto your card on the 29th of January.
