Very sorry to hear that. What email address have you been writing to? Our address is customerservice@samuel-windsor.co.uk. However, we have two methods of return. The first being a pre paid postage label that can be used to return them through the post office free of charge and the second is a courier collection. The collection will take place within the next 2-4 working days and will take approximately 2 weeks for the shoes to arrive back with us; sadly we are unable to give a day or time as to when the courier will come to collect the goods. Sorry to hear that the shoes you received were not up to the normal level of workmanship. I have taken a look at your account and can see that you have taken advantage of the Samuel Windsor 30 day worn or unworn guarantee. I have taken a look at your account and it would appear that we are still waiting for the shoes to arrive back with us. If they have only just been returned, please allow us a little longer. However, if they have been sent back more than 10 days ago, please get in touch so that we can chase them up with the couriers.
