Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Not great. One pair of the shoes that I wanted was advertised in the catalogue but hadn't been available apparently for some time. The other pair that I actually ordered and paid for wasn't avaliable for over a month. than I received a letter and a refund cheque saying it would never be available.

Our sincere apologies for letting you down. The catalogues are printed well in advance so if an item is then sold out, we are not in a position to change the literature. Unfortunately as with any retailer, we do have times where items do go out of stock. However, if this ever occurs, we will always endeavour to contact the customer as soon as possible. The only fault I can find is that SW does not stock half sizes above…

The only fault I can find is that SW does not stock half sizes above size 9. I am a 10.5 and so a size 11 is a bit sloppy, but worth it for quality and value.
