Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

After setting up the insurance and a mixup with dates we tried again only to find they hadn’t reset it and we still weren’t covered so I gave up .

I can see from your policy notes that as a customer you did suffer as a direct result of a number of system errors, through no fault of your own, I can see there was a mix up with your payments more than once.

Don't buy from this company as they will not pay any claim.

They should make it more clear on their website that they will only pay out a claim if your phone is registered an account.

I’m sorry that you feel disgruntled by our service.

Unfortunately it is a requirement in regards to the eligibility questions that all devices must be brought new within the UK or if refurbished, purchased straight from the manufacturer or network provider.

If you was to purchase your device from a third party, it would only be eligible for cover with Tinhat if the device was on a fixed term contract.

In this case it would be supported by a network provider which would therefore make it eligible.

I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you however the criteria for all eligible devices are clearly stated in our terms and conditions.
