Reading through the correspondence during the planning stages I was please to read how happy you were with the process and all the details Kevin worked through with you however I am sorry that you were unhappy with a couple of the elements of the trip. Given the relatively last minute nature of the trip some of the options chosen were the best available lodges at the time of booking. Anjajavy and Tsara Komba are some of our favourite properties in madagascar so I am glad you had great experiences at both of these. Regarding the last hotel and the poor experience there we'll be sure to avoid it again in the future.
