the delivery man was very rude and he left item outside and also big wooden base (120 cm *120 cm ) was left with roll i never saw the driver attitude like him

Firstly thanks for the order and the good product reviews. We are concerned you weren’t happy with the service. Your order was 300kg whereas a single box is anything from 1 to 7.5kg. Small orders go in parcels by couriers whereas large orders like yours have to go by pallet and it was this item the driver left. We can only apologise if the delivery man was rude to you these are not our employees so have little redress. If you let us know the details we will investigate with the carrier in question and let them know what was said.
