We are really sorry that you didn't get an email to say that your order had been dispatched. We understand how important it is to keep customers up to date and for this reason our systems are set up so that emails are always sent out once the items have been dispatched. Something must have happened with your email as our records show that an email was sent to you. We can only apologise that you didn't get it and reassure you that this is not what normally happens.
