Thanks for your honest feedback. We're sorry you didn't enjoy your experience. There are some amazing plants and herbs in our drinks but we have learned that everyone feels them differently. Some need one drink and they feel very chilled out and some need 3 of those! Livener has a lot of caffeine in it, one serving is equal to a small cup of coffee, so sometimes people who take a lot of caffeine do not feel the effect as much. Your opinion really matters to us so we appreciate you letting us know about the good customer service! **

We source amazing plants, flowers, spices, roots, aromatic herbs of the highest quality from all over the world - some of which are incredibly rare (some have pretty huge duty tariffs). These ingredients are then ground, infused or fermented to best extract flavour, aroma and function. We use our proprietary recipe, designed by bartenders & tweaked by scientists to combine complex flavours and powerful natural active compounds in order to create our liquids. Furthermore, we always ensure to pay a fair-trade rate or higher for our ingredients when possible, and always ensure sustainable sourcing :) While we understand it’s not alcohol and we might not have to pay spirits duty, it’s the other ingredients inside the bottle that are the expense.
