Sorry guys. The plants arrived with no notice. Luckily I found them. Less than 24 hours. All but one have never recovered.

I have checked our system and can confirm that we did send you a despatch email notification on the 07/07. However I am really sorry the plants have not recovered and have therefore arranged for a replacement pack to be sent to you later this month.
