I am very disappointed with your response. After two and a half months this is a half hearted response. Customer service is as poor as the delivery. The bulbs that I particularly wanted have not produced any plants. I would have expected an apology straight way and either a refund or replacement of damaged order. None of which happened. I would suggest customers learn from my experience and shop elsewhere and not waste your time and money on this company.
