Tulip 'Ice Stick' is one of the earliest of the Kaufmanniana types, flowering from March to April. This intriguing variety has its own unique look that will certainly stand out from the crowd! Pointed white petals are painted gold at the base and flushed with purple on the outside, turning bright raspberry red as the flowers age. A charming and memorable choice for patio pots, beds and borders or adding to cut flower bouquets. Height: 45cm (18”). Spread: 10cm (4”).Useful links:How to grow bulbs, corms and tubers Culinary information: Some parts of these flowers are edible. However, some people have had strong allergic reactions to tulip flowers. If touching them causes a rash, numbness etc. then tulip flowers should not be eaten.
