Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear this. However, Magnolias supplied in bareroot form will be dormant on despatch and can take several weeks to produce any top growth. Rest assured that this is perfectly normal as your product is likely to be focusing its energy on establishing a strong root system. If you are still concerned, I would advise gently scraping the bark at the base of the stem to check for green flesh just under the bark. If this test reveals no signs of life, then please get in touch and I will arrange a replacement for you. ~ Regards, Shannon
