We're very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our sleep plus pillow spray. Unfortunately, although the sleep products are highly effective for a lot of our customers, it will not necessarily work for everyone. Unfortunately, although the products are highly effective for a lot of our customers, it will not necessarily work for everyone. My opinion of This Works and their products has not changed. Their product was a complete waste of money as it did not work for me. Their apology is worthless. An offer of a refund would have been more appropriate. I have bought many products over the years and have been disappointed with some of them. The better companies have always offered and given me a full refund without question.
I'll be surprised if This Works are still trading in a few years, with this attitude to customer service
