It can also be used as a large luxury sheepskin for babies. Size & Origin These single medical sheepskin pelts are created from premium Australian sheepskins that are expertly tanned by GL Bowron in New Zealand. Shorn medical lambskin rug. Size / Dimensions: from approx. 110 cm long x 70-84 cm wide. Some are longer. Please expect some variation in the size of these natural products. Pile height: 25mm (approximately 1") thickness. Colour: 'Oaten' - a natural creamy colour. Product Care Unlike cotton, linen and manmade fibres, sheepskin naturally shirks dirt and is naturally antimicrobial.  Consequently, it requires much less cleaning than other textiles. It can be easily brushed clean when dry and can be spot-cleaned or machine-washed if needed at up to 30℃ on a wool program, using wool-recommended detergent.
