Floor staff very helpful & friendly, but the two managers within the Oxford branch seem to find it difficult to offer a genuine smile ~ pretty miserable, glum faced, sorry to say.
Ladies in store were so helpful in matching items for me. Clothes in store were well displayed and all in all it was a pleasant experience. Wonderful space and mirrors in changing rooms.
