I meant to press only excellent. The service was helpful and the member of staff went out of their way to ensure I got what I wanted by searching online for me and placing the order.
The staff were polite and eager to help but had little product knowledge.

Good shop,friendly staff but quality and sizing an issue. Items vary a lot in sizing and the cashmere is different thickness and quality often.

Far too oversized so not a smock,just plain silly looking! Lovely colour just a tent shape even with the pointless back pleats to define a bit!!!! Very disappointed as online looked fab!

the staff were extremely helpful but I didn't feel pressurised at all
Shopped for bath sheets which were nicely displayed although in one of the shades we were considering the size we wanted was missing. Pleasant staff. Items in shop beautifully presented.
