I have always found the staff in Symons Street to be very helpful.
The service at the store was special, time was taken by the member of staff to truly help and advise, nothing was too much trouble, will visit the store again, I usually shop for their products...
Very helpful staff but a little disorganised. No gift boxes available at the till point so had to go downstairs to collect and therefore increasing the size of the queue/waiting time.
We served ourselves and wanted to check out we had the correct picture frame. The assistant tore the covering and yes it was correct but then put it back in the box. We had to ask for another one...
