Our courier’s standard procedure is to attempt delivery, and if unsuccessful, the package is either returned to us to arrange re-delivery, or it is redirected to the nearest collection point - this ensures the safety of your order, and allows you to pick it up at your convenience. In this case, I can see that your customer preferences were set for the parcel to go to your selected collection point.
