My bottle of Jack Daniels was not there on the given date to pick it up but the staff apologised more than once and kept me updated on my order by calling me until it was ready to be picked up.

Arrived within quoted time. Ideal for getting a birthday whisky delivered to Hertfordshire without having to drive it down from Glasgow.
We went in to the Brighton shop to buy a specific whisky but they were out of stock. The lady in the shop gave my Dad (87 years old) various samples which made his day and explained the differences....
