I buy regularly from the Whisky Shop and always receive prompt, polite and efficient service.
I also find the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful when choosing whisky
Delivery is on time
The staff went out of their way to sort out an admin glitch in respect of my order to enable them to hand over an order, even though the store was very busy. Excellent and courteous service.
