Hi Neil,
I can agree that initially it did seem that the support was not great but so far the Whisky Shop has been shown themselves to be attentive to their clients and have actively shown a better customer service side. In hindsight, the issue was related to the supplier but I would suggest putting more pressure on them in future if that is at all possible as it harms your reputation. That being said, I'm happy with the after sales service.
Great service !!
Parcel arrived without damage, boxes and bottles brilliantly covered and protected.
I will use Whisky Shop again in future.
