Thank you for your feedback regarding our Winter Holiday Camp. Firstly, we aim to understand and resolve your feedback today. We also hope overall your child had a great time with us and felt safe and happy with our amazing team. Secondly, having looked into the situation in depth, we can see that we informed all customers of our change in venue from Holy Trinity CE School to King Alfred's School on the 6th December via email. We also displayed this info at the top of our "Essential Info' email that was sent on 11th Dec. We can see that this email was opened by yourself at 5pm that day. We will take your feedback into consideration in our Post Event Evalkuation Meeting this week for sure and see how we can make this even clearer for our customers for sure.
