Thank you for your feedback regarding our Dulwich Holiday Camp. Firstly we are so happy to hear thatg your child enjoyed their time with us and wants to return! That really does make us feel great. Secondly, we are sorry you felt the instruments were out of tune. We have had a chat with our teachers Jack and Crystal that all instruments had been tuned beforehand however also to note that children do sometimes have a tendency to touch the pegs etc. We will make a note for our next Pre Holiday Camp Training session to mention this to our teachers and to ensure children are aware of the importance of keeping their instruments tuned. Just also a heads up that we only love to hire only the best strings teachers with a wealth of experience. Jack (ukulele) holds a Masters degree in music from Goldsmiths, University of London. Crystal is a proficient performer and violin teacher. We do take your feedback into consideration also regarding the importance of what pitch to specicially set to children. We will also mention this in our strings teacher training coming up soon. Again, thanks so much and we hope to welcome your child back soon.

Thank you so much for your feedback regarding our Muswell Hill Holiday Camp 💗 Firstly, we appreciate all feedback and will take your review into consideration in our Post Event Evaluation Meeting. Unfortunately when we emailed you regarding your review for further feedback, you were unfortunately not willing to give us any reasons to leave us a 2* review. This of course is a real shame because we take all feedback into consideration. We also spoke to our Muswell Hill Holiday Camp team who mentioned your child was safe and happy the 4 days they were with us. They particularly loved the playground and also made some new friends.
