Thank you for your 4* feedback regarding our Islington Holiday Camp! We are so happy to hear that you found our service and overall experience with us good. We have a fab team at our Islington Holiday Camp so we will feed that back to the team. In regards to your feedback regarding age ranges, children should be groups into 4-7s and 8-11s. We are currently speaking to our team about this too to see what happened. We will of course make it clearer about ages and year groups for sure too. This will be discussed as part of our Head Office Post Event Evaluation meeting and will be actioned too. We will make this clearre in our staff training sessions too. Thank you so much for your 4* star review regarding our Brockley Holiday Camp. Firstly, thank you for your lovely feedback on our Holiday Camp team. We agree that they are fantastic. Secondly, we re sorry to hear about any confusion regarding instrument hire. All children should take an instrument home. From speaking to our Holiday Camp Manager - all children were offered an instrument to take home. However we are going to be looking into this in our Post Event Evaluation Meeting for sure and will mention again to our teams that all children should take an instrument home pertaining they are returning the next day. Finally, we'd love to welcome you again to our Brockley Holiday Camp. Thank you.
