Thank you for your feedback, however as discussed on Friday we explained that UPS do not always leave a note which is not acceptable from them. We had to track the package, which we did whilst you were on the phone. It was left at an access point due to yourself not being available to collect the package at your given address. We had to wait to hear from UPS about organising your new delivery which was mentioned to you and a third phone call which you were told it will be arriving on Tuesday and will be left with a neighbor if you are not in. We apologised and spoke with UPS regarding this issue.
