Thank you for your comments. It is difficult with fragrances as they are very personal. There is nothing actually wrong with the quality of the non-discolouring vanilla you received, but rather it would seem not to your liking. The problem is that non-discolouring vanilla does not contain any natural vanilla which is why it smells different to maybe what you were expecting, but this is unavoidable if it is to be non-discolouring I'm afraid. Our returns policy is entirely in line with all distance selling regulations and of course if a product was genuinely found to be of poor quality we would replace/refund including all carriage charges. I though I should use this opportunity to explain and I'm please you found the remainder of your order more to your liking. We'd be happy to provide a sample of a fragrance in future if you're unsure whether it would be to your liking.

Thank you for this feedback. This is a non-discolouring fragrance which does not actually contain natural vanilla, which is why it smells a little different to maybe you expected, but it will maintain whiteness in your products and give a vanilla-like aroma. Sorry you personally didn't like it.

Thank you for your comments. CofAs are available upon request and we're trying to get latest ones added to the product tabs to download from our website which we hope will be more convenient in future. Small order shipping can sometimes seem expensive because we only use tracked services and usually these are via independent carriers which we find minimises losses and damage as sadly our postal system is nothing like as reliable as it used to be.
