First and foremost we apologise for any inconvenience caused by our delivery service. We will look into what's happened and see how we can improve so that this doesn't occur again.

Thank you also for your feedback on the Sign Up process,  we will look into this to see if this can be altered.

Was called almost immediately after an email on March 3rd, with a sincere apology. The courier returned less than an hour later, collected the items and followed me to the delivery address. He was also very apologetic and polite and I'm happy the situation has now been resolved.
