Our courier failed to collect your order on Friday 12th May and this resulted in it carrying over until Monday 15th May. Our standard service is 3-5 working days and we always aim to deliver within that time frame.

Hello Robert,

Thank you for taking the time to post feedback on our delivery service. We have tracked your parcel, and a delivery was attempted by Royal Mail at 10:05 on 25th March. They report that no one was at the property and they left a "Something For You" card. We have sent you an extract of their document to your email address. We are very sorry that this happened, but this is a very rare occurrence and Royal Mail are generally very efficient with our parcels.

We hope that you can resolve the issue directly with them when you receive the details from ourselves. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further assistance.
