We're sorry to learn that your item was late, but we can see from Royal Mail Tracking that it was delivered at 11.20 on Monday 10th June. Your order was placed on 6th June and dispatched on the 7th on our standard service, Royal Mail 48, which we would expect to be with you in 2 working days from collection. Two of those days were over the weekend and, as expected, the delivery was made within the stated timeframe. Once we have handed your parcel to Royal Mail, it's no longer under our direct control, but we feel in his instance, that your order has been processed and delivered as expected.
