We are very sorry you feel our delivery service was not up to standard- we did have information on our website about notification of postal charges after orders are placed from non mainland locations,but as you say perhaps this was not clear enough.
To this end we have now made amendments to our site and have listed the postal charges to other parts of the UK, including Northern Ireland, and some overseas destinations.
Hopefully this will make things clearer when our customers are ordering and we would like to thank you for bringing this to our attention and thus improving our customer care.
