Couldn't be simpler -- list your "Want" characteristics & they send a notice when that type of gem is available. Notify them of a "Buy" & gem arrives quickly! Recommend to another -- absolutely!

Dear Krystal, I am so sorry for the mixup. Actually we received a fraud notification on that order from our payment processor 2CO and it was cancelled for that reason. You are absolutely correct in your premise that there was poor follow up here if in fact that order was genuine. We apologize unreservedly for any inconvenience and distress caused by all this. If at any point you would like to order from us again (and in view of your past experience, we totally understand if you would prefer not to) we would be happy to give you a special discount on any item you select by way of apology.
